Matthew has also worked as a security officer and crowd controller in various entertainment venues and events. This has given him the opportunity to see what types of Martial Arts techniques are most effective in dealing with aggressive people who were often larger and heavier than himself.

Matthew still actively studies Martial Arts acquiring knowledge about modifications and techniques.  He continues to enhance our Martial Arts program and pass these new skills on to his students.  He also still actively competes in competitions with our competition team.
